Drove mine to Sears, bought a new window-shaker for my office upstairs (slightly higher BTU, seriously higher EER), then to Home Depot for a new bathroom/fan light (much quieter, moves more air), then home.

AC works much, much better...and the old one was only 7!

Finally reassembled rear cv boot, turned out I assembled the frigging guts the wrong way and now it swivels again. And put the driveshaft back on her, felt insecure without 4wd lol. I just wonder how some people say they took the ds off changed the boot and put it back on in an hour. It took me about 2-3 days to put it all back together and matching up holes with bolts was a pain in the butt. Also just to make sure I think I read on the ds thread that it is normal for some of the grease to come out after putting the new boots on correct?
So after changing those boots she doesn't make any more noises, but now my A/C is not blowing cold air, I guess I'll have to try recharging the system sometime this weekend!

Yes, it is normal for some grease to come out after a new CV with new grease.

Does this past Sunday count as "today"? I did a product review on it, but here's the picture of my shiny headlight after cleaning it with the Meguiar's kit. Considering the headlight looked as bad as the foglight I'd say the kit did the job.

Had a fast flash left turn signal today and found the front left 3157 had failed. Popped off the cover to change it and found my 3/8 wrench I lost about three years ago while working around the battery. Looked everywhere (I thought) at the time. Have no idea how it found its way down there. Worked its way under the housing like it belonged there.

Did you spot any Malaysian aircraft while you were in there?

Ripped some heat shielding off, today. Yesterday on the mail route I was doing. I met a lady with an 06' Liberty. Talked about both of ours, she really loves hers has only 89K on the clock.

5 235/85r16's and 5/8 clevis lift finally. Getting alignment and taking care of some battery cut off issue.

I'll eventually put 1/4 inch strut plate and bring clevis lift down.

Yes 1/4" top plate will let you drop the clevis back down to 3/8".
