Hello all. I believe my window regulator broke (it seems I'm late to the party on that one) and a piece of it has jammed my door shut. It's the rear driver side door and it will open very slightly, but no more. I figured I would take the panel off and remove whatever is causing the problem, but I found out that's a very difficult task with the door shut. Any ideas on how I should go about it?

Sorry if this has been asked before. I couldn't find a clear answer anywhere. Thanks for any help.

Huh I don't think I could do it with it shut. The seam kinda pinches the panel to the door.

It does seem kind of impossible without damaging the panel. Maybe someone knows a better alternative to getting the door open?

Could you get a screwdriver or something flat into the latch? Since it opens slightly you may be able to force it if you could get something on the latch. Also you could try opening it from the outside with a lockout kit. The kind AAA uses.
