Tint, black euro taillights, smoked turn signals and a led 3rd brake light. Looks like your going for flash I would stick with the chrome rims. Getting anything to adhere to chrome isn't going to be easy. I sand blasted a set of chrome rims once (prior to powder coating) it was a PITA! If you want black rims sell those and get a set of steelies and paint those black. OR some soft 8s.

Problem with paying someone else to paint them is that it would probably less costly to buy new wheels.
If I were you I would try painting them yourself.
Between me and the rest of the folks here, we can walk you through the whole process of painting them.
Not really too difficult at the end of the day.
If you go to the Dupli-colour website they have good how to's as to how to paint stuff.
Give it a try. Nothing ventured nothing gained!

i woudl say for best results take the tire/wheel off of the JEEP (not car...)
anyways
that way you get paint in where the lug nuts go too. better looking overall when you rotate later.

also i just tinted my factory turn signal and taillights.
a can of tint by rustoleum is 12$ at walmart
if you have windex then you can do the prep work...

FYI the Euro tail lights are MUCH brighter in the woods... :disgust:
