wrong pulley on water pump?

want to replace my water pump but the carid website shows a toothed drive pulley. when I looked at mine I noticed mine looks like the pulley (smooth) that comes for the 2006 replacements.Its smooth and runs on the backside of the drive belt. I checked my vin and it is a 2005, so Im wondering whats going on here. Has anybody run into this peculiar situation.:shrug:

this could be a good reason to shop locally. I got mine at advance auto parts; lifetime warranty version.

The one your website shows is for the 2.4 inline 4 not the 3.7 V6.

Plus half the time pictures shown on websites is not an exact representation of what you are buying looks like

If you click on the "+ View Details" below the price, both styles for each brand will pop up, and yet showing the same part number. I don't trust what they show, plus their search filter isn't engine specific.
