Wrangler wheels?

I have a friend who wants to trade some stuff for a full set of 17's off of his Wrangler. The tires are 245/75/17's. Can I put these (wheels and all) right on the Libby or do I need spacers and how off will my speedo be? If I need spacers can someone recommend a brand?

I assume its a JK and those are 5 x 5 bolt pattern. Spider trax does make a decent spacer / adapter. 200 plus dollars for 4.

Those things being the least of your problems with out a lift nor trying to run 32's with stock gearing.

I passed - too many "great deals" have cost me too much $$$. Need to replace the tire son the libby very soon however so I'm looking for a bargain.
