Would 12 Ton Press be enough?

Anyone think a 12 Ton Press would be enough to press out lower control arm bushings and ball joints. I don`t want to buy one and it not be enough. I will be replacing most of my bushings front and back.

I would have to imagine a 12 ton press would go he job, since you probably don't get very much chassis rusting from where you live.

The underside is in good shape. I had it undercoated when I bought it with that clear 3M stuff. Im impressed with it. I guess I can also apply heat to the control arm to help the bushings along.

Well if you want a measure of assurance, go with a 20 ton press and then you will have a press for nearly anything you need.
