i was just wondering what it will take to fit 285-75-16 i have 2.5in of lift and i hammer out the pichweld is that all you have to do . what offsets rim can work is 4.5 ok

Your going to need at least 5" of lift and still do major trimming to run 285/75's(33" tall tires) on a KJ,and the fact that the D30A will have a greater chance of self destructing and you can't go lower then 4.10's to turn those suckers.

265/75's is the largest that will fit on a 2.5" lift and you'll still need to to major trimming,more then just pounding the pinchweld,I know I run 265/75's.

thanks that what i need to know tjkj2002 and do any of you guy know if anyone is runing long travel suspension(jeepspeed baja class) just a 2wd i have a long travel kit on my prerunner truck that i race. can it been done a prerunner kj
