Actually yes I do balance my tires after every wheeling trip, align my KJ also.I get paid to do it so why not.

Stauns are a pain in the a$$,screw those damn things.I'd rather use split ring wheels.

The last alignment on my TJ was in '09
Last tire balance was '10
All are still good
no pull or funny tire wear

Yeah but do you daily drive your Jeep?

Besides like I said I get paid to rotate/balance and align my Jeep so why not.

Drove it 400+ miles this week
And if you worked for me it would be on your
time not mine
I have welded for our helpers
As well as allowed them to stay late and work on
stuff in the shop ,sand blast and paint ect.
but always on their time
I don't even work on my stuff on company time

I paid for the services, all lifetime services so you or no one else could stop the fact that I had the right to work on my Jeep on company time.

Good for you Troy!
If I were in that line of work and i paid for a "Lifetime alignment" I'd do weekly alignments on our Rig as well.
And on that note, next we're stateside we'll be getting a lifetime alignment as well; then go down once a month or after a wheeling weekend and get re-aligned.
That's what you pay for after all!

Not sure about where you live but in Louisiana
we are a "right to work" state
which means that we are a "right to fire your butt"
state
I could fire you for having b.o. and you could do nothing
unless you had a written letter from a dr stating that
your b.o. was a medical condition
so work on your junk on my time ,not in this town
I will assign someone else to do it do you don't fool
around for hours
or do it on your time

So is CO and the only time we can work on our junk is during company time as company policy is no work done after the store closes. If they deny me the right to work on my vehicle they must refund the full purchase price of said services.

Then again my boss is actually cool and not a up-tight prick that you must work for or are yourself(if your the boss).

Not up tight
Just that you are paid money to make money
after that you can sleep in the shop for all I care
you can stay until 3:00 AM on Sunday
Just lock the doors before you leave
But first the customers are taken care of

When a ticket is written up for my rotate/balance and alignment I am a paying customer. Not like I pull it in right away,it get's done before the boss leaves as he is the only one that can close the ticket, and trust me he don't stay late and there is no "lock the door before you go" here when your dealing with almost 1 million dollars in tools in the shop.
