Yup those are the power steering lines. When I had my re manufactured power steering pump installed I did not have the lines replaced and there was a leak in one of the lines and it wrecked the pump. I would replace the lines when you replace the pump.

not planing on replacing the pump it only whines at start up .. and never at full loc ... i just caught this so i think i did in time. hopefully just the hoses.

how much the lines run 60-80$?

i'm also now thining this might be the cause of my cabin smell .

In case you are worried about them suddenly bursting, mine have looked like that for three years. They just seem to constantly weep. I keep thinking of changing them but with the noise my pump makes when cold I figured I'd do the pump too. Then the weather gets warm and no noise so I put it off. Maybe this will be the year. Pretty sure the PO added ATF+4 to the PS fluid that my 02 came with. Mixing isn't good.
