What's the biggest tires I can fit?

Well your KJ as is the fenders are trimmed nice!!!!:D

All kidding aside, I think most run a 245-75.....:)

Depending on rims(back spacing) and how much you are willing to trim in the rear you can go to 265/75's.Step past the 245/75's and your KJ will be a dog so a gear change is recommended.

Well, I'd be running stock renny wheels.
Would it make difference if i have spidertrax 1.25" wheel spacers?

New steel rims cost less then a set of spidertrax spacers.Keep to a 16x7 rim with 4"-4.5" of BS for least amount of rub.You will need longer rear extended bumpstops then what comes with the Frankinlift.

So how about 265/70's and added rear bumpstops?
Same things go for that size also.
