I was mainly curious if it was a decent OEM replacement, a cheap piece of worthless junk, or something in between. I didn't see any brand name listed so I assumed it was one of the latter two.

For 138 bucks I guess you are getting your moneys worth.
I wouldn't suggest it to anyone though

According to the manufacturer part numbers they give, those are all Moog parts. I would call them to confirm though.

I've always gotten a kick out of these ebay items with no brand names and not even a company name. Back in the day, before I knew everything, I bought a set of hub bearings from an Ebay auction like this, 2 of them for $40 and couldn't believe the deal. Less than 5k miles later I was buying new ones. Really good stuff

This is reassuring, they have

"dedicated staff and offices in China and Taiwan"

This part raised a red flag with me:

While some of the parts we have grease fittings other parts come factory sealed, this does not affect the performance or quality of the parts. Due to the amount of sales we cannot guarantee which type you will receive. If you would prefer a specific type please leave a message under the "message to seller" option when checking out. If we have the part available with the option you request it will be sent out that way. If not the part will be sent as we have it available.

It sounds like they buy "whatever" and ship you "whatever".

Fortunately, I don't need them right now (knock wood), but I am trying to get a list of parts I "might" need someday so I don't have to make a rushed decision. This thread is just part of the learning process for me at this point. Thank you for educating me yet again. :)

Could be like buying tools in Tanzania
went to buy a hammer, the small shop only had one and it looked questionable but...
Hit a nail about 3 times and the head just sort of crumbled
Took it back and the owner of the shop told me to come back in a week
" We may have another hammer by then"

That could be the way they are, sent it out, if they send it back we may have another one in stock by then to replace it with!
