Interesting.
So one of the major problems with the khaki jeep, was neglected maintenance. Transmission especially was WAY over due when I got it (like 136k miles on the factory tran.ny fill!) I put new fluid and filter in it, and it was having trouble locking up the torque converter (P0740 IIRC, along with temperature codes.) Temperature codes were the tran.ny cooler was clogged/blocked/not flowing. Fixed that.
P0740, only reason for that would be clogged screens on the TCC solenoid. Given how horrid the fluid was, no wonder. After 2300 miles apparently the TCC is locking up again, as I was just watching PIDs on my Autel, and I could see Turbine and Output speeds matching, and the 'Precent gear TCC state' showing active. Now however it likes to throw a P1775 - Solenoid Switch Valve Latched In TCC Position. Which which tells me one of the solenoids is getting stuck. According to my book...

Guess I'm pulling the solenoid pack and giving it a thorough cleaning. Was already expecting that anyways.
Also still likes to toss a P0218 - High Temperature Operation Activated.
When I got it it desperately needed spark plugs (OG also in that case), which meant it was being driven with massive misfires, which killed the passenger catalytic. Stole the pair from the 65th parts jeep. Also took the back glass, as the latch plate had separated from the glass, the blower motor resistor, and the passenger tail light (which the teenage female operator of said khaki jeep, promptly backed into someone else's car and trashed that housing.) Then there was the non-functional ABS due to them changing the ABS module and apparently the clock spring, and the shop that did the work didn't know how to calibrate it for some reason. Also replaced the driver's window regulator (came with that part), serviced the diffs, t-case, oil, coolant.
Need to get this thing sorted by the end of September, as I already have a firm offer to buy it then when a friend/client has the lease on his Wrangler expire the end of September, and he wants to clean up his finances basically.
