Turn signal problem

For some reason my left turn signals aren't working, only the right side is. When I unlock it and when i turn the hazards on only the passenger side flashes. I checked the bulbs and fuses and nothing is wrong, what do you guys think it is or have any of you had the same problem?

Flasher relay,maybe,though I never heard of 1/2 going bad.

It trips me out cause only half works.
