All in all, you can't really "Tune UP" anything. It's all computer controlled... Tune ups today are, changing the PLATINUM plugs every 60k miles, changing the plug wires & air filter when needed, and keeping the emissions system healthy. A tune up generally means engine, and does not include fluid changes, as they do not actually TUNE UP the vehicle... There isn't anything to tune up, no timing changes, no points, no distributor to advance or ****** the spark timing, no carburetor adjustments, nothing...

TO me a tune up was: Timing adjustments, carburetor jet tuning, plugs, wires, air filter, idle adjust, and all that old muscle car engine work to get it running smooth. With today's computer controlled engines, the computer does like 80% of the work. You only need replace the stuff that wears out.
