Don't know why no one believes me.

Because a lot of us have had those seats and know that they easily stain? And a lot of us have had water stains before? Getting the point here? :)

Jamie is probably right, the whole seat is already stained from water.

If it's all one big stain already, I suspect that you wouldn't see much of a difference in the before/after.

So...back to lovesoffroading's OP

What's the good word? Are you going to trade? If you can afford the extra cost associated with a 4x4...then why not? And it's Black too..

Well I'm actually thinking about getting a cherokee now lol yeah I know I keep changing my mind alot. Heres a link if you want to look at it.

The whole trade thing didn't seam right for me. Ahhh I want a 4X4 Jeep so bad.

Looks good from what little info was there....but....you would be going way backwards in model years. 06 to a 99 unless you were thinking of also keeping the KJ and having 2 jeeps. Then you could make that one a trail rig or something.

Just a thought.

not a bad price but just FYI
the 242 is not know to hold up to long milage and or hard off road use
so if it has one be ready to replace it with a 231
also they come with either a dana 35 or a 27 spline 8.25
the KJ 8.25 is 29 spline but either is better than the 35
but a swap to a Ford 8.8 is common

Coming from a cherokee to a KJ, unless you plan to lift it right away and use it more as a trail rig i would stick with a KJ!
Im sure that cherokee still has the stock suspension sagging, not a huge deal since a nice 3.5" RE lift with full leafs in the rear would run about $650.
Its also a bit worse on gas, a more cramped interior, and it just feels dated... Although aftermarket is much better if that's what you are going for!
If you keep looking i'm sure you can find a better deal then that since i got a real nice 2000 Cherokee Classic, very clean and loaded with 113k about 2 years ago for $2400.
And just think with a little work you could be looking like this!
You must be registered for see images attach

Im sure you've seen this picture before but i still miss my old XJ alot!
