Mine works. Went out checked pressure in tires. Last one I checked had 20 lbs. Found a screw in the tread, and plugged the tire. Will it still work with taller tires and a lift?

ya it'll work, its not tied to the size of the tire/rolling diameter -- just the pressure it detects.

I must have missed that in the Owners Manual. Nice to know.

Unless you've got an EVIC with the TPS system you didnt miss anything...

From what my OM says...you don't need to have the EVIC to have the TPMS. There is a second type that will illuminate a light on the dash instead of the EVIC. This might be new for '05.

Is that an option? I wonder if mine has it. I didn't specifically request it when mine was built, but I didn't know you had to.
