Threw crapps

Found a 05 Lib on CL today with a bad engine for $350. I was getting all excited, got the guy to send lots of pics. Body's fair, interior decent, alu wheels/bad tires. then I noticed a black plastic insert where a 4WD shifter should be. Still not a bad deal, but I just ain't interested either as a driver or resell as a 2WD.

Any you yankee guys got an excellent drivetrain in a rust bucket should really look at this one.

Looks like a good parts jeep (minus the 4wd parts) for the price. If you just needed a door and had a blue jeep it would be worth it.

well wouldn't mind building a nice long travel 2 wheeler
but man that thing has been through the mill
never waxed I'll bet, interior never cleaned
coolant never flushed from the looks of it
What a shame

The paint was the first thing I noticed. Then it looks like someone ******* all over the back seat.

Wow, how do you get paint to look that bad in only ten years? Most of mine is like new by comparison.
Perhaps they drove the thing through multiple sand storms?

Paint can go rather fast when left unwashed and out in the sunlight.
