I've been replacing these Moog ones once a year because they eventually deform and cause clunking. Just put new ones in and the passenger side bushing doesn't make full contact with the bushing on the outer top edge. Any ideas?

Is a good thing it's raining outside right now, because I am afraid to go look at mine & take pics, & then find more bad bushings!

HJ have you been offroading & beating on that poor KJ? I'm wondering if the sway bar is somehow bent.
Did you loosen off both sides & then try re-install, to make the passenger side fit better?
