Stock radio with Infinity speakers

I have a 06 and I would like to upgrade my speakers to Infinitys. Is it worth it? Can I do it? I added the stock sub too....

I assume you're talking about the factory Infinity's? If so, unless you can get a REALLY good price (like free) then it's a better idea to just get a decent set of aftermarket speakers. My mother has an '05 Limited with the factory Infinity's, I took one out to look at it and it looks just like any other crappy factory speaker...there's nothing special about it except the amp attached to it. I would definately recommend getting other aftermarket speakers instead....or just not replacing them at all and get a new HU instead.
