Hi All,

I have the RAZ stereo in my Liberty. It used to have an iPod adapter connected to the adapter on the back. I took it out a while ago and just recently purchased a replacement, line in adapter (so I could play audio from my phone instead).

Well, after I disco'd the ipod adapter, the radio wouldn't switch to aux mode when I pushed the 'MODE' button on the front. Now that I've connected the new adapter, it STILL doesn't switch.

Is there something wrong with my stereo?

Not sure about RAZ but in the Kenwoods, you can disable AUX mode-cycle through the interface. In my previous Kenwood, even with AUX disabled in the mode-cycle, if I connected certain devices up to it, it would play via AUX. Maybe you just have it disabled and your iPod adapted allowed it to operate?

it's possible. I don't know how I would enable/disable it on the Chrysler radios.
