Not publically available,sorry but a reman is the only way.
I just replaced mine with a Napa reman one. What a difference! Probably the single best thing I've done to the Jeep in awhile.
If it's leaking, chances are the internals aren't in the best shape. And after the labor of getting the old one out, I can't imagine having to rebuild the old one. Checkout the how to.

I have found the kits , just wondering how much of a bear it would be to install the 0 rings & seals . I just finished installing a crank kit in my 02 & don't find many things intimidating but I've never rebuilt a steering rack . It drives & steers fine , just leaking fluid out one end .
I would just get a reman one. More to go wrong than just seals.
