Squeak and Vibration coming from rear

I am having an intermitent problem where I get a squeaking sound and slight vibration from the rear. It seems to be centered on the rear passenger side tire. It speeds up the faster I go and slows down when I do. It comes and goes but seems worse when running a steady 55mph and goes away at slower speeds.

Any ideas?
