Made a new spare cover today. Bought the cover and transfered the decal over. Lots of detail, took nearly 15 minutes.

So, how about info on how to get this done?

Just the same as if you were putting a decal on a window.
Peel off the protective side, apply, then peel off the backing side.
Decals don't stick to vinyl as well as they do to glass, though.

On a side note, I think my KJ is mad at me.
I got my bike fixed after sitting in the garage for 2 years (me, a procrastinator?).
That has become my daily driver for the rest of the riding season now.
As much as it cost, that'll be till too cold, or snow on the ground, whichever comes first.

My boyfriend made me a custom tire cover the same way. He had a decal made, and then applied it to a plain tire cover. It has lasted really well, I have had it for over a year, and it still looks awesome.

I was fed up with my stupid dealer cover that didn't really fit, and I really wanted a horse one, so he made it for my b-day. I absolutely love it. It makes my Jeep even more unique, as no one has the exact same cover!
