Looks like the overlook on the Apple Blossom Drive scenic route. I was just up there on the scoot this past Saturday. I then rode west on hwy 16 over to Preston, MN and back.
Next time you go for a drive, head over that way. The colors are pretty much gone, but it's still a cool drive up the Root River valley.
