Smooth start and idle but Rough acceleration

So I was out on a forest road and hit a larger than average bump. I got a CEL and a P0163 (or was it a 0161 ?) for bank 2 sensor 2 O2 sensor and that’s when acceleration got rough.

I saw the coolant overflow had fallen off its mounting studs and was sitting on the now unhooked hose that goes into the passenger side of the throttle body. I reattached everything, replugged the O2 sensor and hose and the CEL went off and no more code.

Problem is, accelerating past 25mph remains very rough. It’s really “shuddery” on acceleration. Any thoughts on what might have gotten thrown out of whack with all this?

She idles smooth and when I give it gas while out of gear everything is normal.

Thanks for any thoughts or ideas of what I should check next.

I keep a code scanner in Jeep, is helpful in reporting exact codes. Am able to clear them to see if any codes return.
Recently had mine run rough. Once codes were cleared, it ran fine. What codes did you actually get?

03 Sport 3.7 4x4. The only code that happened was the p0163 for O2 sensor bank 2 sensor 2 as I mentioned. That code cleared and hasn’t come back.

I currently have no codes.

Are you getting any misfires?

I don’t believe I am getting any misfires. It is idling pretty much normal. Just gets jittery on acceleration. Most notably past 20-25mph.
