Removing the engine, for a rebuild.

Chrysler uses 18mm a lot. Probably what you need.

Are you talking about the torque converter-to-flex plate bolts? If so, you'll need a box end wrench to remove them and if my memory serves me correctly they are actually an SAE size - maybe 11/16" or so. I know I got frustrated trying to find the right size wrench to fit those.
