Shifter?

Hi all,

I brought my 2002 Jeep Liberty used with 150xxx miles on it.

I'm just wondering if you put the headlights on, does the shifter lights (R N D D2) come on? Easy to navigate through the night.

I can't remember ever seeing it on, but at the same time I remembered. Just wanna check to make sure I'm not going crazy. lol

If it does have lights during when you put the headlights on? If yes, is there a way to fix this? My lights won't go on.
