I have an 07 sport, the front seats are like sitting on cement. Any suggestions as to comfortable seats and where to get them.

early model ( before 2005 ) Limited seats MUCH MUCH better

Yep, My 02 seats are way more "cushioned" than my 05. Alot more give in the 02 seats. However, I do like the support in the 05 better. Haven't taken the 05 for a ride longer than 2 hours though.

Having owned a 03, 04, and 05 and ridden in the seats that they came with well, 05 and up are crappy . Even the stock Sport seats are better than the 05 and up Limited ones.
I have 03 Leather Limited seats in the 03 and would drive it a 1000 miles no problem, the 05, I actually hate driving it 25 miles just due to the hard seats .

When the time comes I'll re-upholster mine and have some extra padding put in. It should help a bit. I can go 2-3 hours max before I gotta get out in stretch. There really aren't many options for aftermarket seats on our KJ's. Your best bet is going with the earlier year models and have them re-done with extra padding put in.

You can try a gel seat cushion but you will lose a bit of head room. Also the 08-12 KK seats are supposed to fit on the same brackets.

I don't mind the firmness, but the lumbar support is absent. I roll up a towel for my lower back. Otherwise I'm in pain after an hour or two.
