so I called around to see what the prices of them are for all 4. not that I need to replace all but JIC. for the 2 upstream sensors some places wanted $200-$300 just for the parts. so I laughed out loud (literally) and said naa, that's ok ill just get them form ROCK AUTO. $24.79 a piece and $3.17 for shipping all 3.

Now to my ? how hard is it replace them? I have all the tools needed.

First what brand did you buy ?
Not hard to replace really, 1-1 and 2-1 are sort of hard to reach since they are up closer to the engine, but not bad
1-2 and 2-2 are real easy right under the floor boards basically

Yep. Get the ngk/ntk. Just did my driver's side ones. The hardest part was unplugging and plugging in the wiring. It's tricky. I sprayed some penetrating oil on them and let them sit overnight. I used an offset 7/8 o2 socket and a 7/8 wrench. A standard o2 socket won't work you need the offset one. I was surprised how easy they came out. It took longer to plug them in.
