Pull the cover off the back door and check voltages and connections on the wiper motor. That's where I would start if can't locate the fuse.

Try fuse 9 50 Amp in the PDC which is under the hood and fuse 17 15 Amp in the Junction Block which is the fuse panel inside the cabin.

The rear wiper motor is driven by the BCM which will only drive the motor if certain conditions conditions are met ie. rear glass is closed, tailgate is closed. So if one of these sensors is not working it can cause this problem.
