RCA Video-in ideas?

I’m going to add a backup camera for my trailer, and the monitor has 2 video inputs. 1 is for the camera, and the second I’m wondering if there are any creative or different ideas out there to plug in. I don’t want a DVD player or a second camera. Maybe a raspberry pi?

Any other thoughts?
