Radio issues

So I'm not sure if this is common or not. I have a 2008 KK and it just started doing this. When I try to tune up the volume, it doesn't do anything and then all of the sudden, it will go to the next level. I have to continuously turn the dial for it to get to the level I want it at. It almost seems like the dial is broke but it eventually gets there.

Anyone else have or heard of this problem and how do you fix it?

We have a 2008, but never a problem with the radio volume. Sorry.

i know this is old, but from my experience and button problem with any mopar radio means live with it or replace the whole radio.
