Radiator Question

I had a cracked radiator with low antifreeze when my mechanic looked at it. Put a new one and it feels much better. This is a noob question but, does the radiator/antifreeze have anything to do with the way the car rides? I thought before I brought it to the shop it was going to need new suspension/shocks/struts or whatever but he said they were fine. After i got the car back it feels like it rides a little better/smoother?????

My radiator cracked day after I put fuel additive to the tank.
One year (11 months later) I did the same thing, and it cracked again...
So, I don't know what to say, it is just as relevant as jeep riding smoother with a new radiator

I also always feel Jeep riding so much better and smoother after I fill up the tank.. Maybe the weight maybe I get tired while pumping, maybe the smell makes me high, who knows.. but always felt that way after a fill up.
