I found yet another problem with my Fiancée's 02KJ. It doesn't have a spare jack or any the the bars and tools with it. The holder for it's there but it's empty. Now I noticed that it looks like the 02KJ came with a bottle jack instead of the scissor jack like my 06 has. I'm looking at the jacks on ebay and would the scissor jack setup fit under the seat of an 02KJ? There easier to find and cheaper That's why I'm looking to get one of them. I would try it out myself but she's not here right now.

Thanks for any info.

There's none in a salvage yard around where you are?

I was looking for the 02 bottle jack one locally and can't find one. I couldn't even find a KJ in a junkyard around here when I was looking. Where do KJ's go when they die??

If I ever do find the 02 jack you can have my 05 one.

I've been searching the Junk yards for KJs to get skid plates for about two years now and can't find anything either. It's rare to see a jeep in general at my junk yards. Maybe there's a jeep heaven somewhere that we don't know about :p

I appreciate your offer. Hopefully I can find one soon. Currently I'm with out a jack b/c my Fiancée is going down near Philly tonight and I didn't want her traveling far without a jack. It about a 1hr 45min drive oneway to where shes going. So I threw mine in the back in her cargo area.

The holders are different but if you find an 02 jack with the holder and such it will fit just fine. Ive got an 04 and 02 jack and the 02 jack works great. I crushed my 04 jack a few times or I would let you have it..

I found mine on Ebay for $30 or so.

I noticed that the holders are different but longs as both holders will fit in the same location then I'll be happy. I been looking at ebay but the prices I see are like 60-85 bucks.
