pulled codes P0522 P0137

Awesome forum, as I have solved many a problem, now I am looking for a bit of help. with my 1st post.
Pulled codes P0137 P0522
Just looking for some heads up.
2004 liberty 3.7L 150k
Would I be looking at an O2 sensor and the sensor by the oil filter?
Oil and engine light on.

The p0137 could be The uHo2 or a cat problem. You would have to watch it on a scanner and make sure the Ho2 is not lazy. If its not then you have a bad cat.

Wanted to avoid the cat word.
Oh well, guess I will check wiring, 522 and get a hook up.
