Problem with GROM ipod Interface

Hello:
I've installed a GROM audio ipod interface in my KJ CRD 2006.
It sound quite weel, but the problem is that I can´t see in the display the track number & time remaning.
GROM has told me that there must be incompatibilities between the radio CD and the interface.
Has anyboby suffered similar thing?
Is there any solution?

Yes I also have the grom iPod interface. Did you try advanced mode

Yes, and it doesn't work....
Another strange thing is that I can hear even the first Playlist, the one that GROM says is a "DUMMY"...

Okay so after playing around with my grom. I found out that the cable was bad. Can you use your seek button to control the iPod from your stereo
