Power window problems

ok so i have a 03 sport, rear driver window is acting like its "offtrack" i took apart door and everything seems to be connected and stuff motor just seems to jamb i hate it im gonna have to jimmy my window to stay up until i figure this out or replace the whole regulator any suggestions common promlems?

If the window just falls back into the door.. Bad regulator.. O

I am not sure if these have the same as the 05 model, but it could just need the motor gear and belt replaced, and not the whole regulator. I have had problems with mine twice now, so from now on I try and shoot a little WD40 in them once a month or so.
