PLEASE HELP with 2.8 crd error codes

i HAVE A 2003 Cherokee 2.8 crd Auto . I changes the gearbox and transfer case and now it wont start, It give the following error codes 1643. 0340, 0836 and 0520. I cleared the codes but when I want to start, it gives the same codes, These codes are linked to all the sensors I unplugged to replace the gearbox..

Only one I see that would keep it from running is the 0340. Cam shaft position sensor. You might have loosened​ the plug of damaged the sensor during the transmission/transfer case swap. Also the 0520 oil pressure sensor is most likely unplugged most likely

I starts now, but no revs. If you touch the fuel pedal it cuts out.
