Pinstripe removal?

Does anyone have any success at removing the pinstripes on their KJ? My Altantic Blue has a thin white and red pinstripe that I'd like to remove with out damaging the paint. Any suggestions?

Does it peel at any end so you can try pulling it off and clean the residue with something?

I removed the dealer decal, which left a terrible residue of sticker. I bought a can of heavy duty bug tar road grime built up remover, which requires constant swirl. I will look up the name of it and let you know, you might want to give it a try.

I've used a blow dryer to remove decals before. It heats up the glue and peels right off. Not sure if it would have the same affect on the pin-stripping or not.

It's just a sticker...peel it off and take a little bit of WD-40 if there is any sticky-ness left over....works like a charm.
