Has anyone ever take off their taillights to change a bulb or something? They each have two screws and two pop tabs. Well, now I can't get the damn things to pop back in. I'm pushing so hard the whole jeep is rocking back and forth! They just will not pop back in.

Has anyone had this problem? Is there a cure?

You could have bent one of the accepting tabs, not the ones attached to the light housing. Since I don't remember what they look like, I could be wrong. I did do that on the bezel trim once.

I've had mine off a couple times. If I remeber I know I had to push a bit to get them in, but not rocking the jeep or anything. You might want to check to see if everything is lined up right or nothing fell in the way.

Just had mine off to install a trailer light harness. Same design as used on motorcycle sidecovers. I used just a touch of grease on both the male piece on the lense, and the female reciever on the body. Give it a try.......
