i have 2005 jeep liberty it will not turn over all seems ok with the batterie could it be my starter relay i just stoped at the store and now it will not go

Or the wire going to the starter solenoid or the solenoid.
Use a 12 Volt test light with a big enough bulb to put a load on the wire and connections. If the light burns dim, you have a bad connection or bad contacts in your starter relay. Volt meters will lie to you and show full voltage even with a corroded connection that will not allow enough amperage to pass and energize the solenoid.
Also check your battery cable connections to the starter.
Go for the cheap but right fix to see if it works before you shell out the money.
