Newbie question!

Hi all,

I have just purchased a September 2005 2.8CRD auto Limited with 121k. It has been very well kept and has good service history.

The newbie question I have is that the freewheeling when off the power, so it’s in 2wd mode, I will driving along and any given speed and when you come off the throttle completely it drops back to idle and freewheels.

Is this normal for one of these?

Does not sound normal but I am not an expert on the automatics.:shrug:
