I have asked here and over on LOST whose butt you kiss for these jobs, have never recieved an answer on either site but I guess there is someway you do it online

I'm no longer a moderator anywhere (I used to moderate or administrate 3 forums at the same time, including this one) anymore, but there is no butt kissing involved. You just get "picked", really. I quit each and every single one except this one. (got booted from here due to inactivity) There's too much drama involved, of which at the time I could not handle.

Wait I forgot... I do currently admin one board... but its a private board.
