With Kevlar
yup I just got me some for the TJ ,needless to say I dropped some coin
While not my top choice I am sick of loosing lugs and these are supposed to be just as strong if not stronger than the bias ply swampers

any one want a great deal on my LTB's?
$250 for all 5

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
Kinda on the fence about the looks, then again only seen pics of them.Looks like a very good all purpose tire.Keep us informed on there performance,I love the old MT/R's,the best all around tires I have ever have used.

LTB's ? Elaborate please. size, shape, color:D.

Super Swamper LTB
31 X 11.5 R15
bias ply
about 50# each
VERY VERY tough
2 have less than 3K ,you can still read the "imprint" on the lugs
2 have about 15K no plugs or patches and some rock rash on the tread but the side walls are unscathed
1 has a plug but still holds air fine
at this time I am keeping this one as a spare until I buy a 5th matching tire
you are welcome to them ,I will only take pictures if you really want them

The price is for 4 ,as I see things
new they cost about $130+ each
2 are nearly new and 2 will get 10K more out of them easily
the 5th is free + shipping when I get a spare

I am hopeful they hold up as good as the old style MTR's we have on the KJ
even driving around after 2 hurricanes with all the trash on the road we never got even 1 nail
I will not be a good measure for milage ,they will dry rot before I wear them out and noise is also better left to some one else ,TJ's are not know to be quiet
I will be able to give off road reports
most of the TJ's life is off road

Got them in my hands today
I must say they look NOTHING like the old MTR
but they look much better in person than in the picture
They are HEAVEY a 32 X 11.5 R15 weighs in at 58+ for just the tire
that makes them 10# more than the LTB's that are only 1" smaller in OD
but the LTB's have more rubber with all the huge lugs
they are also HUGE for a 32 ,they cast a shadow easily on a 265/75 R16 from an F250
looking at them I am liking what I see
I will be "road testing" them after work

for those that want pics you will have to wait

with 15K on those LTB's, they have about 1k of tread on them left. they have a very soft compound compared to other M/T's. you might wanna sell them for at the most 75 pesos. jmo

haha
what you dont know would just about fill up the Grand Canyon
the 2 with the most miles may be at 15K but they are only 1/2 worn
and that is compared to a brand new tire
I have a buyer for 4 at $250
he knows about the LTB's

Now about the road manners
very good compared to the LTB's and seemingly better than the MTR's on the KJ
old style
off road I would put them at good ,so far only some broken concrete and wet grass
they dont seem to be as loud as the old MTR's on the KJ but I drive a TJ so it is hard to tell
