New Head unit

I think I have made the decision to abandon my factory system and Uconnect and go with a new head unit. I was either going to stick with the factory head and buy the Uconnect module or buy new head unit. I am going to purchase one of these two units and am wondering if anyone else has experience with these head units? I am also open to other suggestions. I will make my final decision next Tuesday when I get back in the office.

pioneer app radio would be a nice upgrade, they make a lot of real nice units.
