need some clarification

in the rear axle, if one has the trans-lock limited slip i do know there is a friction additive you must use with your fluid. BUT do you have to use synth fluid or is regular dyno gear oil ok? im getting conflicting answers from searches.

Eitehr or,does not matter as you use the correct amount of friction modifier.
