Wow. The windmills are ginormous. Having a little fun on the highway?

There are hundreds of those wind turbines everywhere in Holland and Germany. Save the planet and all that????!!!! And I was just keeping up with the traffic flow officer. Hehe. God bless the Autobahns............. :signs6:

I was surprised, 100mph and only 4000 rpm..that must have been interesting!
I wonder what kind of mileage you get at 100mph?
Interesting line of wind turbines. They are rare here but we just had a huge one installed at the top of Grouse Mountain. It just got online and helps to provide power to the resort, but mainly serves as a look out and they charge $ 60 for The "Eye of the Wind"

1.5 mega watt and 65 meters tall. Each blade weighs 6 tons.

Yes those wind turbines are huge when you get next to them and without exaggerating you can see at least one wherever you look from anywhere. They are a bit of a blot on the landscape really but obviously somebody thinks it is worth it. And I don't want to know about the fuel consumption at 100 miles an hour. Hehe. My wife was getting a bit concerned at 100. Good jjob she doesn't come out on the bike with me much nowadays!!! :icon_twisted:
