Death by exsanguination via severed jugular vein, caused by flying cymbal rear-view mirror ornament!

The only way that Cymbal would come off, is if the MIRROR comes off first. It is fastened to the Mirror stem, very firmly. The material through the center hole is a Bungie cord, knotted at the underside. It isn't going anywhere without the mirror...

Most likely illegal as well!
I'd check with DMV to cover your but.
I'm sure there alot of states that view that as a
dangerous item hanging from your rear view mirror
Here in B.C. (And almost every other Province in
Canada) you would get nailed for that harshly!
