loud intake noise!!

does anyone know how to get rid of that loud honda intake sound?

Honda intake sound?? You're probably confusing that roaring sound when your engine is cold, for the clutch fan. If you have the clutch fan and e-fan you're going to hear that.

nah mine doesnt have the engine driven fan. also mine is a 5-spd and seems to be a lil louder than the autos!!

by 5-speed, I presume you mean 6-speed?

nope before 2005 they were 5 spd's

So you got it used? If so, is there a modifed intake system on it. If so, the sucking noise is going to be louder than normal.
