Well, I got the RRO kit installed. I'm a first timer for doing any heavy automotive work. I think I did fairly well, considering.
Took me ~2 hours on Saturday morning to finish the rear axle. Then the work really began. I decided to start with the driver side and get that outta the way.
Was tight, real tight, but I got it in and set correctly. ~3.5" in front and ~3" in the rear over stock height at new.

Looks good, I'll be doing a lift on mine after I get around to getting the front carrier put back in and re-gearing.

Do you have a print out of the alignment sheet you could share? I have other threads screen shots of where the alignment is supposed to be at, but more data can't hurt if a shop around my area is having a hard time.

They got the toe corrected perfect and the camber is out one half a degree, but the springs still need time and to be driven to settle. I didn't get a print out sheet. Maybe i can still go back and ssk them

KJ specs do not specify different caster specs between left and right, you never want cross caster more then 0.5 degrees and that will drift one direction or another in a KJ(0.2-0.3 degrees is best).

Caster is a non-tire wearing angle, too little or to much cross caster can cause a pull and handling issues but needless to say as long as you have more then 1 degree and within 0.8 degrees cross caster you will be just fine.

I don't quite understand the ins and outs of alignment terms and allowances...

I only know that the jeep drives very smooth and has no pull in any direction.

My experience with their customer service was absolutely horrible.

They led me onto believe that they had the parts in stock and ready to go.... which they did not. Took almost 6 months to get here and they even forgot the bump stops i ordered and the covers for the shock piston. They didnt have a good explanation for it either.

So now i got some new shoes on the pig. Changes the whole look of the vehicle. Got these on a bargain deal. Couldn't use the wheels from the deal, so they'll be up for sale shortly.
I scored these Ko2's on American Racing wheels for $650. They have less than 500 miles on them.

Before and after.

Still going strong 10k miles in. I am going to add some conduit nuts to space the clevis 3/4 inch and add an extra top spring isolator in the rear. Should give me a total of about 3 inches of lift and room to use 235/85R16 tires.

Regearing ?
If not it is going to lose 5-6 MPG at least and transmission will be shifting constantly even on small uphill grades
